In regards to our Vice Mayor Bing Climaco, citing up needs of recycling water system. I think Zamboanga City Water District should also look on those water wasted from the lines. They got no pipe line in some sub road in which a lot consumer that has the legal connection ( Contador ) and run their pipes to respective houses. A lot of water hoses are runs and on those hoses most of them having water leaks and sometimes it causes trouble among consumer in the barangay. And how much money wasted from those numbers of pipelines runs for each houses and those water leak continuously. If we think to save water and money, so this must be consider too. Please publish this issue to have their attention.
