Philippines, is the only country in the world which is 85% Catholic that created FIVE(5) national laws "favoring", "respecting" and "financing" the religion of ISLAM.
Then made it unlawful to finance all other religions.
The only country in the world that has a government commission that caters to Muslims only, for the hajj, for madrasas, and the spread of Islam at government's expense PAID by the taxes of Non-Muslims.

Religion is always good for the people but it should never be embraced or financed by government. Tax exemption is not tantamount to financing. Every non-profit organization is tax-exempt.

President Duterte and his followers promote the biggest DECEPTION and con in the Philippines. They push for Federalism and constitutional reform or charter change (cha-cha) just to boost political dynasties and to give the Muslims(Moros) their own state, a "BangasaMoro" (Muslim Nation), an Islamic State within the Philippines.

History of Basdio, Guindulman, Bohol, Philippines

Basdio is a barangay of this municipality of Guindulman, Bohol located along the seashore. The population as of January, 2014 in Barangay Basdio is 2,179 mostly fishermen and some are farmers. Since, most of the people, living in this place are fishermen, they gathered seashells, corals, and catch fish. Their means of living are practically taken from the sea. Actually, the seashore is irregular because of rocky cliffs.

There is a limited sand in the seashore. Hence, the present name BASDIO is derived from the Visayan term - - BAS - - DIJO meaning a little amount of sand is available in the shore lines of the places. Long before, barrio Basdio’s common crops are corn, coconut, bananas, yarns, ubi and tobacco. Their sea products are fish which they caught with their crude fish trap and hook lines. Variety of seashells can be found abundantly when the tides were low. These land and sea products constituted mainly their foods. Added to these, they also raised corn, coconut and other root crops, out of what they had, out of their products, were brought to the neighboring barrios to barter or trade for rice, a commodity which the barrio did not raised.

Nowadays, Basdio is also known of it’s famous white sand beaches, accommodating, affordable and comfortable Resorts and a very nice and perfect place for diving that attract tourist mostly from German and Swiss nationals. They said that nothing compares the diving spots and the marvelous marine lives found in the area.
