This picture was taken from Upper Tungawan, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines highway. Legend has it, This balete tree is the source of water for the rice field. Also across the street from this tree is the entrance to a large enchanted cave.

During world war II, this cave also served as hiding place for the japanese. They got sick and they had to go to lola Tekla for sahumera to get rid of the saway-saway.
