The Philippines has been a "decentralized" form of government since 1991, contrary to what most Filipinos think. Ever since the creation of Republic Act 7160, each LGU is responsible for its own domain. Even the smallest LGU the barangay creates its own Budget. It is not dependent on handouts from the city, municipality or province. "IMPERIAL MANILA IS A MYTH!", it does not exist anymore. The Philippine budget formulation system is not centralized. "Budgetary planning has been DECENTRALIZED since 1991". It is the responsibility of each LGU to submit their budgetary needs for review. Failure to submit is the problem.

Wars of ancient history were about territory, power, family or lover's quarrel, politics and sometimes religion.

But we are in the Modern era and supposedly more educated and enlightened .

Think about this. Don't just brush off these questions.

  • Why is RELIGION still involved in WARS? Isn't religion supposed to be about PEACE?
  • Ask yourself; What religion is always involved in wars and consistently causing WARS, yet insists that it's a religion of peace?

WHY??

Philippines — It looks like that the two top positions in politics in the Philippines will be sought for by two dynasties. The Marcos dynasty of Luzon and the Duterte Dynasty of Mindanao. Bong Bong Marcos for president and Sara Duterte for Vice-president. Bong Bong Marcos already indicated that he will continue with the anti-drug campaign of Duterte which has killed many innocent people according to the ICC. He also indicated that he will prevent the ICC from pursuing their investigations regarding Pres. Duterte. Hence this Marcos-Duterte team is a must win for Rodrigo Duterte to prevent further ICC criminal investigation.

Sen. Leila de Lima who has been jailed by the Duterte administration for the last 4 years will be running for senator in the 2022 elections and will be teaming up with the Robredo team. Vice-President Leni Robredo said that, “The only reason why she is in jail is because she was the first, and the bravest, who stood up against the killings.”
