TESDA, Zambo solon launch employment training program
ZAMBOANGA CITY--The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in partnership with the city's second congressional district office on Monday launched the "Special Training for Employment Program" (STEP).

  • Editorial's Opinion: This is an excellent program. However, I believe that this program should be made available to 11th and 12th grade level in High School also. Not all High School students can afford the expensive colleges. Even if college tuition is free, the rest are not. Most families still can't afford it. So making this program available at the high school level, makes the high school graduating student ready for work.
